RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want all our customers to be happy and 100% satisfied!

We're a small workshop that hand-makes and customizes each order we handle. We handle all returns on a case by case basis. Please contact us about returns and refunds. In general, we will accept refunds on all merchandise minus the shipping cost both ways. We aim to maintain 100% satisfaction and if there is anything wrong with your order we will do everything to make sure every customer is happy with their FlipSlips.
