FlipSlips' designer, Esther, encountered a problem that inspired her idea to create a solution to the problem of high-heels and uncomfortable shoes: a foldable flat that is comfortable, fashionable, and functional. FlipSlips was born from her small apartment in San Francisco as a way to combine her passion for fashion with a desire to help other women.

Today, FlipSlip offers a wide collection of beautifully handcrafted shoes.
